In your first 90 days, you'll receive a systems assessment with your top three operational priorities, a time and energy audit, a defined customer journey, and a 90-day roadmap — so you leave the trial period with a clear picture of where you are and exactly where you're going.

Depending on your current tech stack, there may be software or tools we recommend to support the systems we build together. We'll identify any associated costs during your Operations Assessment so there are no surprises.

You can expect to invest a focused block of time each week — primarily in scheduled calls and reviewing work your CCP team has completed. We do the heavy lifting so you don't have to. We'll give you a clearer picture of hours during your Assessment.

You own every system and process installed in your business. CCP retains the rights to the frameworks and methodologies we use to build them. Ownership terms are outlined clearly in your client agreement before we begin.
